Fault Logging & Technical Support

Faults needs to first be logged via email, the Onedegree website or by contacting the Onedegree Service Desk Telephonically(If you already have a ticket number assigned).

Service ticket will be issued and assigned to a technical service agent for resolution. When required, an engineer will be dispatched for on-site assistance. (This might be billable if not covered under SLA)
